Deletion
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time — including conversations collected through Instagram and Telegram. This page explains how to do it, exactly what gets deleted, and how long it takes.

1. If You Have an Ormiar AI Account
You can delete your account yourself at any moment:
- Sign in to the dashboard and open Account → Danger zone.
- Click “Delete account” and confirm the action.
Immediately after confirmation, dashboard access is closed, all your bots are stopped, and any active subscription is automatically cancelled. Full and irreversible deletion of your data happens within 7 days.
2. If You Messaged a Business on Instagram or Telegram
If you chatted with a company through our AI assistant and want your data removed (conversation history, profile, contact details), email us at support@ormiar.com with the subject “Data deletion” and include your Instagram or Telegram username.
We will process the request and delete your data within 7 days, then send a confirmation to the contact you provided.
3. What Gets Deleted
Deletion covers everything we store about you:
- account data: email, profile, settings and access tokens;
- connected Telegram and Instagram bots and their tokens;
- conversations and messages, including Instagram Direct content;
- lead records: name, phone number, Instagram sender ID and conversation history;
- appointments and calendar events;
- the uploaded knowledge base.
4. Timelines
Immediately: access is closed, bots are stopped, message processing ends, the subscription is cancelled.
Within 7 days: all of the data listed above is irreversibly deleted from our servers and backups.
